Timesheet Lead (US Staffing)

Job Title: Timesheet Lead

Location: Ahmedabad

Shift Timing: Night Shift

Experience: Min. 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Timesheet Submission and Monitoring to ensure employees or contractors submit their timesheets on time.
• Validate that timesheets reflect accurate working hours, overtime, and project-based work, adhering to company policies.
• Address and resolve discrepancies in timesheets and payroll data.
• Work closely with the payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate payments.
• Prior experience in US Timesheet is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work and meet the tight deadlines.
• Must be well-versed with MS Office.

Working days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
