Role Summary

The Inventory Coordinator plays a critical support role within Vacatia’s Inventory & Commercial Operations team, ensuring accurate setup, maintenance, and optimization of resort and vacation ownership inventory across multiple systems and distribution channels. This role partners closely with Inventory Managers, Revenue Management, Sales, Contracts, and Technology to ensure inventory is correctly configured, available, and aligned with business strategy.

This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, analytically curious, and eager to grow within inventory, revenue, or commercial operations in hospitality or timeshare.

Your Impact

  • Maintain and update inventory availability, restrictions, and attributes across internal systems and third-party channels
  • Collaborates closely with the Inventory team and cross-functional partners to ensure optimal inventory availability and utilization across all resorts and channels
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies related to availability, unit types, and usage rules
  • Partner with Inventory Managers and Revenue Management to support allocation, utilization, and optimization initiatives
  • Produce regular inventory reports and assist with audits, reconciliations, and data quality checks

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory coordination, operations, revenue support, or hospitality systems
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Highly skilled working with spreadsheets, data validation, and operational reporting
  • Experience in hospitality, timeshare, vacation rentals, or travel operations is strongly preferred
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with interest in growing into inventory or revenue-focused roles
