Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Ticketing Executive based in Chennai. The Ticketing Executive will be responsible for managing ticket sales, processing reservations, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for clients. The role entails providing excellent customer service, handling ticketing systems, and facilitating smooth operations to meet business objectives. Handle flight bookings, cancellations, reissues & refunds

Issue tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)

Coordinate with airlines and clients for schedules & fares

Maintain booking records and ensure accuracy

Provide customer support for ticket-related queries

Required Skills

Strong communication & coordination skills

Knowledge of travel/tourism industry

Experience in ticketing systems & itinerary planning

Ability to multitask and handle pressure

Customer-focused approach

Preferred Qualification

Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business

• Prior experience in tour operations or ticketing
