We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Thumbnail Designer to create eye-catching, high-converting thumbnails for digital platforms such as YouTube and social media. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling and CTR (Click-Through Rate) optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, high-quality thumbnails for YouTube, social media, and digital campaigns
• Ensure thumbnails are optimized for higher CTR (Click-Through Rate)
• Collaborate with content creators and the marketing team to understand video concepts
• Use creativity to make thumbnails visually appealing and attention-grabbing
• Maintain consistent branding, colors, and style across all designs
• Edit and enhance images to improve quality and impact
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and competitor analysis

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva
• Basic knowledge of AI image generation tools
• Understanding of CTR (Click-Through Rate) and audience psychology
• Basic video editing skills
• Strong sense of color, typography, and composition
• Ability to work under deadlines and deliver a quick turnaround
• Preferred Qualifications:
