Role Overview

We are hiring a Therapy Manager – Critical Care to manage and grow hospital business for critical care products. The role focuses on driving prescriptions, building strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders, and executing institutional sales strategies in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop hospital & critical care business in the assigned territory

Build strong relationships with doctors, intensivists, pharmacists, and hospital purchase teams

Drive product adoption and prescription generation in critical care segments

Execute institutional sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure availability, visibility, and brand presence

Key Requirements

Experience: 2–5 years in hospital business or critical care segment

Background: Must be from pharma companies handling hospital/institutional sales

Education: B.Pharm / Science Graduate

Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
