Job Description

We’re looking for a Machine Learning / AI Workflow Engineer to design and build intelligent automation across business systems.

This role focuses on creating AI-driven workflows that connect data, tools, and teams, helping organisations automate manual processes and improve decision-making.

You’ll work across automation platforms, APIs and AI tools to build scalable systems that integrate CRMs, data sources and communication channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

Designing and building AI-driven workflows and automations
Automating multi-step processes across CRM, messaging platforms and data systems
Integrating LLM tools and AI agents for tasks such as research, summarisation and outreach
Building data pipelines and retrieval systems (RAG) to surface relevant information
Connecting APIs, webhooks and automation tools to integrate multiple platforms
Maintaining integrations between CRMs and external data sources
Rapidly prototyping new automations and scaling successful workflows into production
Continuously improving automation logic, accuracy and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n or Power Automate
Familiarity with LLM integrations (OpenAI, Claude or similar)
Working knowledge of Python or SQL
Experience integrating APIs and external systems
Understanding of vector databases or retrieval systems is a plus
Experience working with CRM platforms

Background

4–5 years experience in areas such as workflow automation, data engineering, growth ops, sales ops or technical product roles
Experience designing automations that improve business processes
Bonus: experience integrating multiple communication channels (email, Slack, messaging platforms)
