We’re Hiring: Textile Graphic Designer

Abracadabra is looking for a Textile Graphic Designer with a background in textile design to join our in-house team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating original prints, patterns, and surface designs for baby bedding, nursery products, and home textiles, and wants to see their work come to life through real production.

You will work closely with our product development, sampling, and production teams to create designs that are not only beautiful but also technically accurate and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original textile prints, patterns, repeats, motifs, and colourways
• Research trends, themes, colours, materials, and design directions relevant to baby and home textiles
• Develop artwork suitable for mass production across multiple product categories
• Prepare clear design specifications, including scale, repeat, colours, and final production files
• Coordinate with sampling and production teams to ensure feasibility and quality
• Review strike-offs, fabric samples, and lab dips; make refinements where required
• Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and marketing teams
• Support sampling and merchandising-related tasks when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in textile, surface, print, or graphic design (internships & graduation projects do not count, we simply mean industry experience)
• Strong portfolio showcasing textile prints, pattern-based work, repeats, and colour development
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW
• Strong eye for colour, composition, scale, layout, and detail
• Good understanding of textile production and print feasibility
• Strong communication and follow-up skills with production teams
• Ability to manage timelines, take feedback, and meet deadlines

Additional Information

Salary: Flexible, based on experience and skill set

Work Mode: On-site only (no hybrid or WFH option available)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Location: Gurukul Industrial Area, Faridabad - 121003, Haryana
