Regulatory Artwork Associate (Artwork/Graphic Designer) - DEMO Global Services

At Demo SA, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities, we are looking for a talented Regulatory Artwork Associate (Artwork/Graphic Designer) to join our team.

The candidate shall be responsible for developing artwork/mock-up for cartons, immediate container, leaflets, IFUs, labels, technical drawings etc. for packaging components for medicinal products.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality product artwork for cartons, package leaflets, vial/bottle/ampoule label, IFUs and other product components.
• Utilize industry-standard design software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW etc. to deliver polished, high-impact visuals, print proofs, and final-ready artwork.
• Work closely with regulatory and internal marketing team to align artwork with compliance standards and brand strategies for product launches.
• Perform detailed proofreading, artwork checks, and layout verification.
• Ensure barcodes, serialization spaces, symbols, and technical elements meet global standards (Europe and various global markets).
• Troubleshoot technical artwork issues with printers and external vendors.
  
  

• Degree/Diploma/Certification course in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as Artwork/Graphic Designer for Pharmaceutical Products.
• Proficiency in applicable artwork design software, e.g, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW etc.
• Familiarity with labeling regulations for pharmaceuticals and medical devices for Europe and other global markets
• Good understanding of global labeling compliance as well as various operational activities in labeling departments of regulatory affairs.
