Testing Engineer IT (IS13252-1), AV (IS 616) , Household and Luminaires (IS 302-1 & IS 10322-1)

Swastik Electronics Testing Centre is an NABL and BIS-accredited testing laboratory, certified for ISO/IEC 17025. The facility is fully equipped with precise measuring instruments and a team of trained professionals dedicated to providing top-tier testing and certification services. The center specializes in a wide range of testing, including IT & Electronics, Audio & Video Equipment, Home Appliances, Ingress Protection, Insulation, Environmental, Lamps & Luminaires, and Mechanical (Toy) Testing. With state-of-the-art test equipment and strict adherence to international standards, the company is an emerging center of excellence in the testing domain.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ghaziabad for a Testing Engineer specializing in IT (IS13252-1), Audio & Video Equipment (IS 616), and Household & Luminaires (IS 302-1 & IS 10322-1). The role involves designing, executing, and documenting testing plans, performing functional and compliance-specific testing, and analyzing results to ensure adherence to prescribed standards. The engineer will be responsible for validating product safety and performance while collaborating with internal teams to maintain testing quality and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Test Engineering and Test Execution methodologies
• Experience with designing and running Test Cases and Functional Testing
• Strong practical knowledge of Testing standards such as IS13252-1, IS 616, IS 302-1, and IS 10322-1
• Attention to detail with the ability to document and analyze test results effectively
• Prior experience in a laboratory or product testing environment is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills
• Knowledge of advanced testing protocols and compliance regulations is an advantage
