Key job responsibilities
A typical day would have some combination of test execution, issue filing, escalating blocker/critical defects to stakeholders, and testcase optimization. You will also get the opportunity to work on new devices before they are release to customers, and ensure they provide a great experience for accessibility customers.
About The Team
The Device Accessibility team is part of the Trust, Privacy & Accessibility (TPA) organization, and is responsible for making Amazon devices accessible to customers with disabilities through hardware design, accessible design of related software, support of assistive technology on device platforms, and communicating with customers with disabilities.

Key job responsibilities
- Follow SOP and execute test cases prepared for testing software builds on Amazon Devices
- Raise defects for all failures observed
- Perform daily quality checks as per established guidelines and report deviations accurately.
- Responsible for security and maintenance of the company assets, accessories and devices allocated to perform your daily operations.
- Use software tools for validation, analysis, and data capture on a daily basis.
- Be comfortable with capturing results, communicating, and escalating failures and providing status reports.
