Job Description

To drive enrollment for part-time diploma programs by managing end-to-end lead generation, nurturing prospects through native-language counseling, and building a digital community for migrant workers in Singapore.


Key Responsibilities (The Full 8-Hour Day)1. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing (2–3 Hours/Day)
  • Ad Management: Set up and monitor Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Lead Ads.
  • Creative Iteration: Brief or create simple localized ad visuals/videos using tools like Canva or CapCut.
  • A/B Testing: Test different hooks (e.g., “Salary Increase” vs. “Better Skills”) to lower the Cost Per Lead (CPL).
2. Native Language Sales & Counseling (2–3 Hours/Day)
  • The Human Touch: Call leads within 15 minutes of submission. Speaking to a prospect in their native Tamil or Bengali builds immediate trust.
  • Lead Nurturing: Manage a WhatsApp Business account to send automated follow-ups, course brochures, and success story videos to undecided leads.
3. Community Building & Content (Approx. 2 Hours/Day)
  • Facebook Group Management: Manage a “Migrant Success SG” group by answering questions about life and work in Singapore, becoming a trusted advisor rather than just a salesperson.
  • Viral Content Creation: Create 1-minute educational tips or “Little India Highlights” videos for TikTok/Reels to grow organic reach among the target demographic.
4. B2B Outreach & Research (1 Hour/Day)
  • Company Mapping: Identify construction and marine companies in Singapore and reach out to HR/foremen via LinkedIn or email to offer corporate training packages.
  • Competitor Tracking: Monitor offerings from other private schools and adjust messaging accordingly.
Requirements
  • Ability to speak Tamil or Bengali fluently (required).
  • Comfortable with sales calls and counselling prospects.
  • Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools (Facebook Ads, Canva, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage daily tasks independently.
