Job Opportunity: Frontend Developer (Angular)

Location: Fremont, California Onsite

Duration: Contract

Key Responsibility

• Build a secure, intuitive, fast, and beautiful application for Tesla’s Insurance Claims
• Quickly adapt to new concepts related to insurance claims submissions and updates, applying your expertise to deliver impactful solutions
• Push your first PR with your own code to the Tesla app in your first week
• Collaborate with partner teams to design and implement scalable features using protobuf data contracts
• Own a section of the Tesla app, ensuring high quality, performance, and reliability
• Write documentation and perform code reviews to maintain engineering excellence across the team
• Drive continuous improvement by keeping processes, code, and tooling safe, fast, and efficient
• Apply first principles thinking to optimize practices and deliver better customer experiences faster
• 3+ years of hands-on programming experience in frontend development
• (Must haves)
• Strong expertise with Angular 8+ and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of building scalable and performant web applications
• Experience working in enterprise environments with cross-functional teams
• Strong programming foundation with clean coding practices and debugging skills
• Excellent knowledge of modern development workflows including Git, CI/CD, and testing frameworks
• Nice to have: experience in Insurance, Claims, or cross-platform UI design systems
