Full Stack (Python- Django ) + Plugins

Job Description Role Overview: As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at DoctusTech, you will play a key role in building and managing custom plugins and modular integrations for scalable web applications. You?ll work across both frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Python, Django) layers to create high-quality, performant, and reusable systems. This role demands strong technical expertise in full-stack development and plugin architecture, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and manage custom plugins and modular integrations to enhance platform scalability and functionality. Build and maintain robust full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Python, and Django. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions. Ensure high performance, maintainability, and responsiveness across all application layers. Review and optimize code while enforcing best practices in both frontend and backend development. Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards. Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to plugin and full-stack development. Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development. Strong proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Proven experience with Python and Django for backend systems. Extensive experience in plugin or extension development and management (browser, CMS, or custom integrations). Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.). Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows. Excellent debugging, optimization, and problem-solving abilities. Nice To Have Experience with Next.js, Vue.js, or other frontend frameworks. Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, PyTest, React Testing Library). Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Background in SaaS, Healthtech, or enterprise-scale applications.
