Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Offline Sales professional with 2–6 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, hair color, salon, or FMCG sales. The role involves managing and expanding offline sales through distributors, salons, retailers, and general trade across the assigned territory.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive and expand offline sales within the assigned territory by building and maintaining strong relationships with salon owners, retailers, and distributors.
  • Build strong relationships with salon owners, retailers, and distributors.
  • Drive primary & secondary sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Appoint new salons/retailers, distributors and expand market reach.
  • Execute product launches, schemes, and promotions at ground level.
  • Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and availability.
  • Collect market feedback on competitors, pricing, and consumer trends.
  • Coordinate with distributors for stock planning, collections, and claims.
  • Submit regular sales reports, market insights, and activity updates.


Requirements:


  • 2–6 years of experience in offline/field sales (beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, Lifescience/wellness preferred).
  • Experience handling salon channel, distributors, general trade, or professional products is a big plus.
  • Strong understanding of distributor management and territory sales.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field work.
  • Local market knowledge of Ahmedabad/Gujarat is highly preferred.
