Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager based in Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai. The Territory Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and clients. They will oversee sales activities, meet performance targets, and develop strategies to drive business growth in their territory. Additionally, the role involves market research, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely support and regular engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Relationship Management abilities with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• 8 - 15 years of Experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and maintaining rapport with clients and distributors
• Analytical and Market Research skills to identify new opportunities and develop strategies for growth
• Proficiency in coordinating with teams and managing time efficiently
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and adapt to dynamic market conditions
• Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a significant advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
