Role Description
Truzon Solar is hiring a Territory Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Solapur. The Territory Executive will oversee sales and business development within the assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, conducting market and competitor analysis, and providing excellent customer support. The Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide feedback on customer requirements, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and sales strategy development
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships within the territory
- Knowledge of solar energy solutions and technology; prior experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field
