Tender executive

Job Description

* Search and track tenders from GeM, CPP Portal, and other e-tendering portals.
* Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
* Prepare and compile technical, commercial, and statutory documents.
* Coordinate with Sales,Dealers, and internal departments for document collection.
* Prepare compliance statements, declarations, and annexures.
* Manage EMD, Bank Guarantees (BG), and tender-related documentation.
* Upload and submit bids on GeM and other e-procurement portals.
* Track corrigendums, pre-bid queries, bid opening, and tender status.
* Maintain tender MIS, document repository, and submission records.
* Follow up with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders for timely completion of tender activities.
* Ensure complete compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines.
