About the Role
We are looking for highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven professionals from the Customer Service, BPO, KPO, Shared Services, Back Office Operations, Documentation, Proposal Management, or Client Support industry who are eager to build a career in Tender & Bid Management.
This role demands exceptional documentation skills, process orientation, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority submissions within strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review tender notifications, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and bid documents from Government and Private organizations.
- Analyze eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, timelines, and submission processes.
- Prepare, compile, proofread, format, and submit tender documents with complete accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Finance, Legal, Operations, HR, Creative, and Management to collect required documents.
- Maintain trackers for ongoing tenders, deadlines, compliance requirements, and bid status.
- Ensure all submissions are error-free, professionally formatted, and compliant with tender specifications.
- Manage digital procurement portals and upload documents within stipulated timelines.
- Maintain organized records of submitted bids and supporting documentation.
- Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of pending requirements.
- Support proposal preparation, presentations, compliance documentation, and administrative activities related to bid management.
Required Skills & qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business documentation and professional email drafting skills.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in documentation, operations, customer service, KPO, BPO, or proposal support
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and comprehension abilities.
- Ability to interpret lengthy documents and identify key requirements.
- Outstanding time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and high-pressure environments.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.
- Process-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
