Position: Tender Executive
Location: Noida Statcon Electronics India Limited
Employment Type: Full Time
Required Qualification and Experience: BTech or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or related field with minimum 1–3 years of experience in Tendering role OR Graduation in any field with minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in Government Tendering (Railways / GeM / State Portals).
Statcon Electronics India Limited is seeking proactive Tender Executive to join our Techno-Commercial department in the power electronics manufacturing industry. The role involves handling end-to-end tendering activities across Railway, GeM, and various State Government portals, ensuring timely submission, compliance preparation, cost estimation, and post-order coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Study and analyze tender documents including NIT, BOQ, technical specifications, and commercial terms to understand scope, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements.
Prepare detailed technical and commercial compliance sheets as per tender requirements, ensuring strict adherence to specifications and contractual terms.
Upload complete tender documents on Railway (IREPS), GeM, and other State Government portals within stipulated timelines. Ensure accurate document formatting, digital signatures, and compliance before submission.
Coordinate for submission of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), tender fees, and other required documents as per tender conditions.
Review Letter of Award (LOA) and Purchase Order terms to ensure alignment with submitted bids. Highlight deviations, if any, and coordinate internally for clarification and acceptance.
Send order acceptance letters and coordinate with internal departments for smooth commencement of work. Ensure proper handover to execution and site teams.
Prepare Installation & Commissioning (I&C) bills and raise tax invoices as per Purchase Order terms. Upload invoices on portals wherever required and maintain billing records.
Maintain organized records of tenders, submissions, approvals, and order status in Excel. Prepare periodic MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
Technical Proficiency
Strong understanding of Government Tendering procedures.
Hands-on experience working on GeM, IREPS, and other State Tender portals.
Proficiency in MS Excel (BOQ preparation, cost sheets, MIS reporting).
Knowledge of technical & commercial compliance preparation.
