Tender Cost Estimation Engineer

Essential/ Key Duties and responsibilities

• Tender Documentation:

Prepare, review, and compile tender documents in accordance with organizational standards.

Ensure all necessary information is included in the tender documentation.

• Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to gather information on competitors and industry trends.

Analyse tender requirements and specifications to understand client needs.

Develop pricing strategies and cost models for different types of tenders.

• Review and Preparation:

Ensure the timely review and preparation of tender documents in accordance with organizational and legal requirements

• Negotiation:

Participate in negotiations with clients or partners to secure favourable contract terms.

Collaborate with legal and contract management teams to ensure terms and conditions are acceptable.

• Risk Management:

Identify potential risks associated with tender submissions and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Collaborate with risk management teams to address potential challenges.

• Record Keeping:

Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of tender documents, submissions, and outcomes.

Track and analyse the success rate of tender submissions.

Required Education

• Bachelors / Master’s degree in Civil.

Location - Jaipur

Experience -4-5 Yrs
