Job Description

Develop, enhance, and maintain full stack applications using .net Core, .Net MVC, Web Services, ADO.Net,HTML,CSS,Java script/jQuery, Oracle/SQL, React
Convert business and technical requirements into clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective, user-centric solutions.
Break down features into user stories and estimate effort using story points in Agile sprints.
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos as part of a Scrum team.
Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions.
Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and present deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full tech stack, ensuring high system reliability.
Ensure best practices in version control (Git/GitLab), documentation, and deployment workflows.
Proactively identify technical risks or roadblocks and collaborate on solutions with peers and clients.
Good Experience with React and MVC frameworks
Database experience with MongoDB
Exposure to DevOps, Docker, or Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Prior experience working in a client-facing development or consulting environment
