Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Making inbound and outbound calls and mail communication with customers.

2. Maintaining Lead Database records of the Clients & Prospects, department wise data.

3. Maintain Periodic Status Reports, Activities Reports, Calls Done, and Follow-up Reports.

4. Recording Client’s Feedback whenever required. (As Per Company).

5. Supporting other office staff with organizational tasks.

6. Sorting and distributing information timely.

Skills Required

1. Computer Literate: Excellent command of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

2. Good Typing Speed.

3. Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi & Telegu).

4. Adaptable to changes.

5. Excellent Interpersonal, Record-Keeping Skills.
