IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Teller. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing a variety of banking transactions for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information on bank products and services
• Identify and recommend appropriate banking solutions to meet customer needs
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all cash handling procedures
• Follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets
• Continuously update knowledge of bank products, services, and procedures
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or cash handling role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance is a plus
