Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive who can connect with consumers of our apps and explain the benefits, encourage app downloads, convert users into premium subscribers, and maintain long-term customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Hindi, understand Indian festivals and devotional culture, and enjoy interacting with people from different age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Calling

  • Call warm leads generated through advertisements.
  • Contact users who have downloaded but not subscribed.
  • Follow up with inactive users.
  • Reach out to users who abandoned the subscription process.
  • Convert trial users into paid subscribers.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Resolve basic user queries.
  • Help users with app installation and login.
  • Guide users through subscription plans.
  • Follow up with interested users.
  • Build long-term relationships with devotees.
  • Encourage daily app usage.


Outbound Sales Campaigns

Promote special offers and seasonal campaigns.


Lead Management

Maintain records of:

  • Daily calls
  • Interested users
  • Follow-up schedules
  • Sales conversions
  • Feedback
  • Customer concerns

Cross Selling

Promote:

  • Premium Membership
  • Annual Plans
  • Festival Packs
  • Devotional Campaigns
  • Special Spiritual Events
  • Referral Programs

Customer Feedback

Collect insights on:

  • App experience
  • Feature requests
  • User satisfaction
  • Technical issues
  • Content preferences

Share feedback with the product and marketing teams.


Daily Responsibilities

  • 100–150 outbound calls
  • 25–40 meaningful conversations
  • 15–20 follow-ups
  • Achieve daily subscription targets
  • Update Reports
  • Submit end-of-day report
