Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar for a Digital Marketing and Sales Executive. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to promote APEX GROUP’s financial, travel, and fashion offerings. The executive will generate and qualify leads, follow up with prospective customers, present services, and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing online content, monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams on promotions, and engaging with customers both online and in person. The role also includes assisting with marketing events, maintaining a strong brand presence, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve outreach and sales performance.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in digital marketing, including social media management, online advertising, and basic analytics.
- Candidates should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships, conduct presentations, and close deals.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication and customer service abilities.
- Candidates should possess organizational and planning skills, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in services or retail sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if compensated by strong experience.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, basic design or content tools, and common productivity software.
- Ability to work on-site in Srinagar, adapt to a multi-business environment, and meet performance targets ethically and consistently.
