About the Role

WOW Nandi is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling customer calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Introduce and promote the company's FMCG products.
  • Generate leads and schedule follow-ups with interested customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
  • Follow up on pending orders, inquiries, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain call records and update customer details in the CRM/Excel.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi ,Gujrati and English.
  • Gujarati language proficiency is preferred.
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: 1–2 years as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, Tele Sales Executive, or a similar role.
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • Experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
