πŸ•˜ Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon-Sat)

Salary: 15k to 30k (Depending on Experience)

Our client is a fast-growing manufacturing company specializing in customized packaging and carry bag solutions for multiple industries including textiles, food & beverages, electronics, and jewellery. The company works closely with businesses to provide innovative and eco-friendly packaging products.


Role Summary

Our client is looking for a driven Business Development Executive (Inbound Sales) to manage and convert inbound leads. This role requires someone who can effectively engage with potential customers, close sales, and maintain a strong sales pipeline while delivering excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Handle and convert high-potential inbound leads
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets related to revenue and conversion rates
  • Maintain timely response and follow-ups with prospective customers
  • Track sales pipeline and prepare daily activity reports
  • Work with internal teams to align offers, campaigns, and customer insights to maximize sales


Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Experience working with CRM software
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Comfortable making cold calls and customer follow-ups
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
