This is a full-time, on-site position for a Telesales Executive located in Nasik. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers, identifying their needs, and promoting tailored hospitality solutions. Daily tasks include generating leads, providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and closing sales deals. The role involves ensuring a positive customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients over the phone
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to understand clients’ needs and offer suitable solutions
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniques to drive bookings and conversions
- Ability to work in a team environment and build customer relationships
- Prior experience in the hospitality or sales industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software is desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, sales, or hospitality is an advantage
