Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (HS) pass
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Fluent English communication is mandatory
• Basic computer knowledge preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain company services and hospitality offerings to clients
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Maintain customer database and call records
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain relationships
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements

Skills Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Confident phone etiquette
• Ability to handle customer queries effectively
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary: ₹1.8 – ₹2 Lakhs per annum (CTC).
