Functional /Business Responsibilities

This job is provided by apna.co Role Objective :

 Outbound calling and converting lead into sales

 Customer logs on to the website and raises query for the products, CRE to call customer and understand query and sell the product accordingly

 Explaining the customer’s product features and benefits

 Ensuring all compliance and SLA of the call are adhered

 Achieving daily, weekly, monthly, targets

Must Haves

 Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi

 Convincing skill

 Flexible with shifts

 Stakeholder management

 Computer literacy

Required Qualification / Experience

 Full Time Graduate / Post Graduate

 Minimum 6months to 1yr of outbound sales experience or Fresher
