We operate across three major verticals: GMart (gmart.in): GMart Automation, GMart Network, and GMart Buyers Encriss Technologies (encriss.com): Comprehensive offshoring and technology services Encriss Devices (devices.encriss.com): Advanced devices and hardware solutions We are seeking a proactive, persuasive, and result-oriented Outreach & Lead Management Executive to join our sales and business development team. The selected candidate will play a key role in prospecting, initiating client conversations, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into opportunities . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outreach, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about technology-led solutions. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Outreach Conduct targeted cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to connect with decision-makers across industries. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads in alignment with company sales objectives. Develop and execute sales strategies to generate and close leads for Encriss Group?s products and services. Collaborate with leadership to align outreach and conversion plans with business goals. Lead Research & Qualification Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and create prospect lists using online tools and databases. Identify and engage with potential prospects in India , Canada, Germany and Dubai through outbound calls, emails, and networking. Assess prospect needs and qualify leads based on fit, interest, and potential. Engagement & Conversion Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings, product demos, or consultations with senior sales leaders. Convert qualified prospects into actionable leads for the sales pipeline. Conduct product demos and deliver persuasive pitches tailored to client requirements. Engage prospects in meaningful discussions to understand their business challenges and present value-driven solutions. Convert qualified leads into opportunities and move them through the sales funnel toward closure. Pipeline & CRM Management Maintain accurate and updated records of outreach, interactions, and lead status in CRM. Track progress against targets, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent engagement. Collaboration & Support Provide valuable market insights, prospect feedback, and competitive intelligence to refine approaches. Support the sales team during client acquisition and proposal preparation phases. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 2?3 years of proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, sales outreach, or business development (B2B experience preferred). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office suite; basic knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus. Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of automation solutions, IT services, or offshoring models will be an added advantage. Key Attributes Goal-driven, self-motivated, and eager to exceed outreach and lead conversion targets. Persistent, resilient, and able to handle rejections positively. Ability to make outbound calls and build strong relationships with international prospects. Strong presentation and product demonstration skills . Experience in SQL/MQL-based lead qualification and pipeline management . Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Fast learner with the ability to understand technical concepts and articulate them clearly. Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required.
