Job Title: Telecaller – Immigration Services

Location: Seabird International
Department: Sales / Client Support
Experience: 0–2 Years (Immigration or Education industry preferred)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller to connect with potential clients and provide information about our immigration services. The role involves handling outbound calls, understanding client requirements, and scheduling consultations with immigration consultants.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Handling & Calling

  • Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Explain immigration programs, visa categories, and company services.

2. Client Interaction

  • Understand client profiles, requirements, and eligibility.
  • Provide accurate information about immigration processes and documentation.
  • Maintain a professional and polite conversation with clients.

3. Appointment Scheduling

  • Schedule appointments for clients with immigration counselors/consultants.
  • Follow up with interested clients to convert them into consultations.

4. Data Management

  • Maintain and update client details in CRM or internal database.
  • Track call outcomes, follow-ups, and lead status.

5. Follow-ups

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Maintain relationship with clients to increase conversions.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of immigration or overseas services (preferred).
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM software).
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
