Job Description
- Generate the Revenue for the company and addition of new customer base
- Identify potential industrial and commercial customers suitable for 100-1000 KW
- Use cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, field visits, and channel partner networks to generate
- Schedule site visits, client meetings, and engineering assessments.
- Present company profile and basic technical overview to prospects.
- Prepare weekly order pipeline and monthly booking forecast.
- Basic understanding of solar EPC: modules, inverters, structure, BoS
- Ability to read bills, analyse load profiles, and understand plant sizing
- Strong research and outbound calling capability
- Self-driven with high follow-up discipline
- Great negotiations skills, fluency in both English or Hindi or regional language
- An attitude to get things done, problem solving skills, Passionate for achieving goals
- Rigorous follow-up and Negotiation Skills to build relationship with Client.
- Must have own vehicles, Travel is must for this role
