Role Description The Telemarketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Nagpur. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective schools, coaching centers, and educators to introduce Qik Worksheets’ solutions and generate qualified leads. The specialist will follow structured call scripts, explain product features and benefits, handle basic questions, and schedule follow-up calls or demos for the sales team. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate call records, updating lead information in the CRM, and meeting daily and weekly call and conversion targets. The role also requires collaborating with sales and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handover of leads and a positive experience for potential customers.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Sales skills focused on identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and supporting conversions.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken English/Hindi and the ability to explain product value confidently.
  • Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries, manage objections, and maintain professional interactions.
  • Relevant experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center environments is beneficial.
  • Basic familiarity with education or edtech products, and comfort using CRM or call management tools, is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
  • Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
