Role Description
As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the business development and customer acquisition efforts of Geedesk Technologies Inc. on-site at our Pondicherry location. This is a full-time role, and responsibilities include generating new leads, engaging with potential customers via calls and emails, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales process by qualifying prospects. You will also contribute to fostering positive customer relationships by offering solutions tailored to their needs.
Qualifications
- Mandatory call center or tele sales experience in the past.
- Ability to read, write and speak in English.
- Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify new prospects and engage them effectively.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally and build strong rapport with clients.
- Customer Support expertise to address inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Proven ability to meet targets and work under minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools is an advantage.
- Any degree is fine.
