Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketing Executive located in Thrissur. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, delivering excellent customer service, providing customer support, and assisting in sales activities. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve communicating with potential customers, understanding their needs, promoting the company's services, and maintaining accurate records of interactions to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lead Generation, Sales, and identifying potential opportunities for business growth
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns effectively
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to engage with clients professionally
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and develop relationships with clients
• Experience in telemarketing or inside sales roles is preferred
• Basic understanding of IT and cybersecurity solutions is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are advantageous
