Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telemarketing Executive. In this role, the Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, explaining services, and building client relationships. Daily tasks include conducting outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, following up with prospects, and collaborating with the sales team to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Lead Generation and Sales to drive business growth and meet targets
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to engage and assist clients effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, including both verbal and active listening skills
• Proficiency in remote working tools and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Experience in a consulting or B2B environment is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
