Telecalling Executive (Lead Conversion)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

Brindavan Udyog India is looking for energetic and result-oriented Telecalling Executives who can convert enquiries into qualified business opportunities. If you are confident in speaking with customers, handling objections, and driving conversions, we'd love to hear from you.

• Call prospective customers and qualify incoming enquiries.
• Convert leads into business opportunities by understanding customer requirements.
• Follow up consistently with prospects until closure.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and customer support.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead conversion targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in telecalling, inside sales, telesales, or lead conversion preferred.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM/Excel is an advantage).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
