Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Chennai. The Telecaller will handle customer queries via phone calls, provide information about services or products, and handle concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to incoming calls, maintaining reports of conversations, and achieving assigned targets. Telecallers will also work closely with team members to optimize customer reach and communication efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficient in verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
• Capability in active listening, problem solving, and customer resolution
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and maintain professionalism during interactions
• Experience in a similar role or customer service will be advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus
• Fluency in Tamil and/or English language is preferred
