Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing and self-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead Robotics & Smart Automation solution sales across key industrial sectors. This role combines B2B sales expertise, technical consulting, and business development to build a strong robotics vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Robotics Business Development
- Drive sales of robotic arms, cobots, and automation solutions
- Identify high-potential industries (Automotive, Electronics, F&B, Logistics, OEMs, etc.)
- Build and convert a strong sales pipeline
Position robotics as productivity & cost-optimization solutions
Act as a trusted advisor for robotics & smart manufacturing
Deliver solution demos, PoCs, and customized proposals
Work with design & applications teams for integration solutions
Sales & Commercial Closure
Prepare techno-commercial proposals
Handle negotiations and close deals
Manage the complete sales cycle (Inquiry → PO → Payment)
Account & Partner Management
Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business
Onboard system integrators and channel partners
Maintain CRM reports and sales forecasts
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of robotics, industrial automation & integration
Consultative B2B selling mindset
Experience in high-value CAPEX / solution sales
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Familiarity with CRM tools and robotics software
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electronics / Automation / CS)
MBA (Marketing/BD) – Added advantage
Experience
Freshers – Welcome
0–5 years in sales/automation/technical marketing also preferred
Training will be provided for the right candidates
Proven track record in achieving targets & closing projects
