Telecaller (Experienced) Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Maintain and update customer databases and records. Generate leads and follow up with potential clients. Schedule client meetings and assist in the sales process. Provide accurate information about services and handle queries efficiently. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller or Customer Support Executive. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to handle targets and meet deadlines. Fluency in English and Hindi is a must. ?? 2?? Sales & Marketing Executive (Experienced) Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients in the IT & consulting domain. Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets. Build long-term business relationships with clients and partners. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and client meetings. Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in IT / Consulting). Proven record of achieving or exceeding targets. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and networking abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
