Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Telecaller based in Erode. The role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, addressing customer inquiries, and providing information about our clothing solutions. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate call records, and supporting follow-up activities to ensure high customer satisfaction. Strong communication and persuasive skills are essential to effectively present the services and products offered by TeesZone™.


Qualifications
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and provide appropriate solutions
• Good organizational and time management skills to achieve targets
• Basic knowledge of telecommunication tools and CRM software
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage
• Positive attitude, persistence, and adaptability to customer feedback
• Proficiency in local language(s) and English is preferred
