Role Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller who can generate leads, introduce our products to potential clients, and support the sales team by scheduling meetings and following up with prospects.

The role focuses on outbound calling, sales pitching, and lead generation with industries, contractors, consultants, and builders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers including contractors, builders, electrical consultants, industries, and project developers.
  • Introduce and pitch IPCE’s products and solutions, including electrical panels, cable trays, and turnkey electrical solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain communication with potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales/business development team.
  • Research and identify new potential clients and projects.
  • Maintain professional communication and build long-term customer relationships.


Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Confident in sales pitching over phone calls.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and internet research.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain persistence.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.



Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and telecalling skills
  • Sales and lead generation experience, with the ability to identify potential business opportunities
  • Proficiency in maintaining customer databases and documentation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client follow-ups effectively
  • Basic knowledge of the electrical equipment industry and terminologies is a plus
  • Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems is an added advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support sales goals
  • Prior experience in a similar role or a background in sales/support is preferred
