This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller Executive based in Chennai. The Telecaller Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with potential and existing clients, provide detailed product or service information, and schedule follow-ups. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and updating records of customer interactions, addressing client queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and communicate product/service details effectively.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunication tools and CRM software is an advantage.
• Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
• Highly organized with the ability to maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and client information.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet targets in a structured and disciplined manner.
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles preferred.
• Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in any field.
