Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Nagpur. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting clients to follow up on overdue payments, maintaining accurate records of communication, explaining payment terms, and addressing client inquiries. Additional responsibilities include negotiating payment plans, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of debt recovery principles and practices
  • Proficiency in managing records and maintaining documentation accurately
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle client concerns effectively
  • Proficiency with basic computer software and telephone systems
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a high-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or debt recovery is an advantage
  • Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent
