Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong professional to own Business MIS reporting, payables function, Revenue relating to products other than bonds and taxation within Yubi’s Finance team. The ideal candidate will bring structure to our reporting infrastructure, drive automation, and work closely with business and finance stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate insights across our bond and non-bond product lines.

Key Responsibilities — MIS

• Revamp and enhance the Bond business MIS — including net margin analysis — and drive end-to-end automation of the reporting process
• Design and maintain a real-time dashboard for daily Bond MIS reporting, enabling faster business decision-making
• Own and automate the MIS for non-Bond product lines, ensuring consistency and accuracy across reporting cycles
• Build and maintain a daily reporting dashboard for non-Bond MIS, providing actionable visibility to business and finance teams

Key Responsibilities — Revenue & Payables

• Establish robust processes and tracking mechanisms to capture and relay financial inputs from all non-bond product lines to the Finance team in a timely and structured manner
• Develop and manage a dashboard to support monthly revenue closure, ensuring completeness and accuracy of revenue recognition across business units
• Identify and resolve pain points in the payables workflow; design and implement streamlined processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time
• Lead the automation of the end-to-end payables process, reducing manual intervention and improving controls and auditability

Qualifications & Experience

• CA (Inter) qualified or equivalent; full CA preferred
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably in an NBFC, fintech, or financial intermediary set-up
• Preferable - good tax (direct and indirect) knowledge
• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with BI or dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of financial products, debt markets, or lending workflows is desirable
