About the Role

Deck Mount Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Introduce company products and services to potential clients.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer relationships.
• Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer communication.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Ability to persuade and engage customers over phone calls.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Prior experience in tele calling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
