This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Executive at our office located in Madurai. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, providing customer support, handling inquiries, and assisting in sales. The role includes making outbound calls, identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting the company's products and services to meet sales targets. Effective communication and maintaining excellent customer service standards will be key aspects of this role.

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales-related skills
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support abilities
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Interpersonal and persuasion skills, with the ability to build relationships
• Familiarity with telemarketing or call center procedures is an advantage
• Capability to work in a target-driven environment with minimal supervision
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is preferred
