We are looking for a Tele Collection Executive who can ensure timely payment closures and support revenue realization within our sales ecosystem.
This role is critical to maintaining strong follow-ups, ensuring structured coordination with the Sales team, and minimizing outstanding dues.
You will work closely with Sales Managers and internal stakeholders to track collections, assist customers with payment processes, and ensure revenue targets are met efficiently.

We are looking for a Tele Collection Executive who can ensure timely payment closures and support revenue realization within our sales ecosystem.
This role is critical to maintaining strong follow-ups, ensuring structured coordination with the Sales team, and minimizing outstanding dues.
You will work closely with Sales Managers and internal stakeholders to track collections, assist customers with payment processes, and ensure revenue targets are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Collection Management
- Conduct outbound calls for payment follow-ups and pending dues
- Ensure timely closure of outstanding payments
- Track and monitor daily collections
- Coordinate with the Sales team for order closures
- Assist in resolving customer queries related to payments
- Support smooth handover from sales closure to payment realization
- Maintain daily payment and collection reports
- Track pending dues and follow up systematically
- Ensure accurate documentation of payment status
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Graduation required
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, collections, or telecalling
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable handling outbound calls and follow-ups
- Personal laptop is mandatory
- Basic Excel knowledge for maintaining reports
- Ability to manage structured follow-ups and documentation
- Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems (preferred)
- High Ownership - Responsible for timely payment closures
- Communication Skills - Clear and confident customer interaction
- Persistence - Strong follow-up discipline
- Structured Approach - Organized reporting and tracking
