Job Title: Tele Caller / Tele Sales Executive

Experience Required: 1–3 Years

Location: Coimbatore , Chinniyampalayam

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Caller with strong communication skills and hands-on CRM experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls, maintaining customer data, and supporting sales or customer engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
Explain products/services clearly and confidently
Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
Follow up on leads and track call outcomes
Achieve daily/weekly call and performance targets
Coordinate with sales and support teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience as a Tele Caller, Tele Sales Executive, or similar role
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of CRM tools (lead management, follow-ups, data entry)
Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, CRM dashboards)
Goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset
